This headboard is made out of 2 oak cabinet doors, found at the local dump.
Sanded, planed, rounded, waxed and glued together. At the backside 2 long metal strips are screwed to give it more stifness and make it more firm.
Made of 100% reclaimed wood. Connections made with glue and screws.
